James R. Johnson

International and multi-state operations, marketing and structural engineering professional specializing in strategic development and management services for multiple emerging-growth and technology-enabled companies. He has served several of these companies as CEO/Board Member and has developed numerous corporate strategy programs for both private equity and strategic investors. Owned and operated business aircraft for over 30 years, and is a licensed pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings. Trained as an engineer, has been a certified general contractor, and is a graduate of CEO International Senior Executive Leadership Program.

Padraic E. Mulvihill

Senior corporate development executive who has extensive experience in M&A engagements. Former CPA practitioner in NYC with both KPMG and Arthur Young. Held senior financial executive positions in the headquarters’ offices of international Fortune 500 companies in the chemical and petroleum industries. Also, has extensive experience in providing services for nonprofit organizations. Graduate of Manhattan College (NYC) and has attended post-graduate finance and accounting programs at NYU and Iona College. Active in Rotary International Disaster Relief initiatives, Founding President of Jacksonville University's Davis College of Business Aviation Advisory Board, Past Vice-Chair of the Jacksonville National Cemetery's Support Committee Board, and Member of the Special Forces Association of Northeast Florida. Served as a director at local chapters of Financial Executives International, the AICPA, and the NYS Society of CPAs.

Patricia D. Johnson

Strategic planning and experienced business executive who is a licensed CPA and former practitioner with Ernst and Young who has extensive financial operations and corporate finance experience in the aerospace, equipment manufacturing, information technology, life science and transportation industries. Served as CFO, co-owner and advisor for several business-to-business services’ and product manufacturing organizations, as well as consumer services’ entities (business-aircraft repair stations; multi-state wholesale automotive parts distribution and logistics group; and, dealer-principal for major-brand automotive dealerships). Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
